Trans was replaced at 75k in 2018 and was shifting hard last year. I did a full service and also put the Mechatronic Unit Repair Kit (Audi 7 Speed DSG) on it at that time. Many people said you don’t have to reprogram car but it went into limp mode when complete. My plan was to bring to Audi and have them reprogram then the serpentine belt went. So now the belts and the pulleys now need to be done. I have told myself for a year that I’m going to do that and take to Audi. I have several other projects and I don’t see me getting to it anytime soon. I really don’t know what the status of transmission is because I’ve never taken it in after servicing and replacing mechattonic circuit boards. The car starts and drives under battery power in limp mode. The rest of the car is in good condition. Regular oil changes, replaced most of cooling systems in last couple years including radiator and oil cooler. I replaced all the shocks with stock ones in 2022 . Never modded was my daily for 5-6 years. Scratched here and there and paint is ehh for a 13 year out Texas car. Trunk has small ding but all other panels are dent free and straight. Had some light hail damage in 2021 and was claimed and repaired completely. Interior is in really good condition no rips or tears. Little scuff on driver door arm rest and Audi emblem deteriorated on steering wheel.
