This car makes enough horsepower to go fast on "motor" without nitrous; I have an Ultimate Converter Concepts (UCC) torque converter by Lenny for this car to run on "all-motor" only, to include a set of Richmond 9" Pro rear gearing for "all motor" setup IF you didn't want to run nitrous. This is not part of the purchase, unless we come to terms on a swap or added cost to final price.
TERMS OF THE SALE:
I, the seller, will make every effort to answer questions, etc.
I prefer a potential buyer personally come and inspect the car or a potential buyer send someone on their behalf to inspect it. However, this car can be purchased sight-unseen without disappointment upon it's arrival to your location.
By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. I reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale.
This car is being sold as-is, where is with no warranty, expressed, written or implied.
INSPECTION:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected this car and to have satisfied him or herself as to the condition and value, and purchase based upon that judgment solely. INSPECTION BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
PAYMENT:
The buyer must send a non-refundable $500 deposit within 24-hours of auction ending - no exceptions.
The buyer is responsible for payment in-full within 10-days following auction ending - no exceptions.
I, the seller, only accept payment via electronic bank wire transfer, certified bank cashier check, or personal check. Full payment of funds for the car MUST clear my bank before the car is picked up by buyer or transporter, and transfer of title. Seller will accept cash.
PICK-UP, SHIPPING OR TRANSPORTER:
The buyer will assume all financial responsibility for personal pick-up, shipping or transporter pick-up/delivery of this car. I, the seller, will only assist by being present for pick-up of the car. The car must be picked up within 30 days or less following auction ending. If an extension of time is needed for pick up, I will work with the buyer to be flexible within reason (NTE 60 days).
