Out of State Buyers / Internstional Buyers 
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close. International buyers full payment must be in our bank within 7 days.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment. Your bid is a legally binding contract. All deposits are non-refundable.

• We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours after the auction closing via: Cashier's Check, Bank to Bank Wire Transfers or Money Order.

• We only accept Certified Check, Bank to Bank Wire Transfers, Cash in person, or Money Orders • Please obey all eBay rules & policies.

• The car you are viewing is pre-owned and therefore may contain some minor scratches, scuffs and/or dings. As all pre-owned vehicles this vehicle will be sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated. Extended warranties are available for purchase.

• Buyer's are responsible for shipping costs. (Usually we can ship anywhere within the lower 48 states for $850.00 or less)

• Bid retractions are prohibited 24 hours prior to end of auction.

• Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and/or end any auction early.

We would be happy to assist with shipping arrangements or transportation from our local airport with prior arrangements.

NOTE: If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours, (2) business days or if the sale is not complete within 5 days of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We take time to carefully describe each vehicle and include a substantial number of photographs. However, its very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new, no matter the extent of the restoration. Originality Declaimer

While we are happy to show our customers the casting numbers, stamping on the motor and VIN numbers on the car, we CANNOT guarantee that the motor is in fact the original. There is always a possibility of the re-stamped motors, and as technology advances there will be even more. Any representations made by us are “to be the best of knowledge.” The entire risk as to the originality of the vehicle is the you the Buyer.

We CANNOT guarantee the originality of these vehicles. Including but not limited to: the engine, transmission, “matching numbers”, color change, the frame the documentation, etc…The mileage is represented to be, “to the best of knowledge” and NOT guaranteed. As with all used vehicles the possibility go fluid leaks, drips from age are possible and not the responsibility of the the seller.

At close of auction/Time of sale

All successful winning bidders/buyers will be responsible for a non-negotiable $195 documentation fee in addition to the winning bid or agreed upon price unless waived on the bill of sale.

The successful winning bidder/buyer must contact via: phone/email within 24 hours after the auction to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. Unless other prior agreements were discuss in writing before the sale is completed.

Full payment must be received within 7 business days of the end of the auction, Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of purchase. And are nonrefundable. Payment must be in the form of cashier check, cash in person, wire transfer or certified funds. If funds are not received, and/or an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers. 

The parties agree that this contract shall be construed under the laws of the state of Missouri, that the state courts of Missouri shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any auction brought to enforce the terms of this contract or over any auction arising out the the underlying transaction(s) with seller and venue may be had in the St Louis County Superior Court of the state of Missouri. Title has been vin verified to the vehicle and is clean and transferable to the next owner regardless of brand, or title status. 

Our Guarantee 

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality vehicles. However, we recommend that all buyers conduct an inspection either in person or through a qualified professional third party inspector. Prior to delivery, if such inspection reveals a substantial discrepancy between the information contained in the listing and the actual vehicle, we will correct the problem at no charge within reason (sellers discrepancy) or work out a compromise. All returned vehicles are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Shipping

We value your business and as an additional service we are glad to assist with the shipping arrangements. But, all fees are responsibility of the buyer. We have no affixation with, or interest in, any transportation companies. Please direct any issues, problems or concerns with them directly.

Disclaimer

All vehicles are sold “AS IS / WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied by the seller. Vehicles come with books and or manuals only if pictured in the advertisement. As with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become obvious under close inspection, such as rock chips or nicks, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, and other indications of normal wear. We cannot be held liable or responsible for these issues. Bidders/ Buyers are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. 

Ebay Buyers

Non-paying buyers/bidders, unqualified bidding, bid shielding, auction interference or any type of harassment will be dealt with according to ebay rules, local laws, and may include, but not limited to, legal auction and applicable fees, lose of deposit or any other necessary fees.
