A FRIEND OF MINE  PURCHASED THE CAR LAST FALL FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNERS SON WHO WAS HIS CLOSE FRIEND .THE ORIGINAL OWNER HAD PASSED AWAY
THE SON HAD NO INTEREST IN OLD CARS. ,THE ORIGINAL OWNER WAS A RETIRED MILITARY DOCTOR RESIDING JUST OUTSIDE ALBIQUIRQE  NEW MEXICO ,CAR WAS ALWAYS GARAGED AND VERY WELL KEPT
 PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP SHOWS THROUGHOUT  THIS BEAUTIFUL ORIGINAL CLASSIC.

I PURCHASED THE CAR THIS SPRING FROM HIM HE IS A CAR SWAPPER AND I HAVE CRUISED IT AROUND THE LAKE SEVERAL TIMES THIS SUMMER ,I HAVE REALLY ENJOYED IT ,PEOPLE AT THE CRUISES LOVE THIS OLD CAR,AND THEY CANT BELIVE THE CONDITION,
THIS CAR GETS A LOT OF COMMENTS AND ATTENTION. EVERYONE LIKES IT.
MY INTENTIONS WERE TO KEEP THIS ONE FOR MY SELF ,I KNOW CARS  LIKE THIS ARE SUPER HARD TO FIND,I WILL PROBABLY NEVER FIND ANOTHER THIS ORIGINAL AND NICE.ITS A KEEPER IF YOU HAVE ROOM FOR IT. 
I WAS WANTING TO ADD A SET OF FRESH SET OF WHEELS AND TIRES TO REALLY SET IT OFF AND GIVE IT THE LOOK,

SO I HAVE RECENTLY BOUGHT ANOTHER OLD CAR ,A LOW MILAGE PORSCHE 911 CONV THAT I HAVE BEEN CHASING FOR YEARS. 
I HAVE LIMITED GARAGE SPACE AND HAVE DECIDED TO KEEP THE PORSCHE UNDER ROOF,SO I HAVE MADE MY DECISION TO SELL THE BUICK ALTHOUGH I REALLY LOVE THIS OLD GIRL. ITS A HARD DECISION FOR ME,BUT I ALWAYS WANTED A OLD PORSCHE

THE 455 RUNS LIKE A NEW ONE, JUST PUMP GAS A COUPLE OF TIMES AND SHE FIRES RIGHT UP,CHOKE WORKS CORRECTLY ,AFTER WARMING UP PUMP GAS AND SHE 
COMES TO A SMOOTH IDLE, NO TICKS, NO KNOCKS, NO SMOKE,NO LEAKS OF ANY FLUIDS ON DRIVEWAY,CAR HAS INSTANT RESPONSE,AND IS RUNNING CORRECTLY
THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS PERFECTLY,STRONG AND FIRM, HAS NICE CLEAN RED FLUID,CAR DRIVES VERY STRAIGHT AND IS STILL VERY TIGHT,SUSPENSION IS GOOD
NO SHAKES SHIMMIES OR WONDERING, RIDES LIKE A REAL AUTOMOBILE SHOULD.
THE TIRES ARE PERIOD CORRECT SEARS ROAD HANDLER ALL SEASON RADIALS
THEY ARE OLD BUT HAVE 80% OR MORE TREAD THEY ARE STILL RIDING SMOTHE.
THE EXHAUST SYSTEM IS ALSO SOLID, NO LEAKS .
 
CAR IS WEARING ITS ORIGINAL GOLD PAINT ,AND ITS ORIGINAL VINYL TOP
I HAVE NEVER BUFFED THE CAR ,PAINT LOOKS NICE,DOES HAVE SMALL BLEMISHES AND SOME CHIPS ,SCRATCHES ,DINGS ETC .COMMON WITH A PRE OWNED CAR,BUT OVERALL ITS IN PRETTY UNBELIEVABLE OVERALL SHAPE
THERE IS NO RUST ,ROT OR BONDO IN THE BODY,NO BUBBLY ROT UNDER THE TOP OR BY BACK GLASS.  NO ACCIDENTS OR HIDDEN  ISSUES
FLOORS , TRUNK AND FRAME IS ROCK SOLID,ALL WEATHER SEALS ARE NICE AND PLIABLE, DOORS CLICK OPEN AND CLOSED WITH EZ. ALL LOCKS WORK
GLASS IS GOOD,WINDOWS ROLL UP AND DOWN PERFECTLY ,GLASS WEATHER STRIPS ARE PERFECT, AS WELL AS THE CHROME,
ALL BUMPERS ARE STRAIGHT AND CLEAN.
HAS A STURDY DEALER INSTALLED TRAILER HITCH
IF CAR WAS BUFFED AND WAXED WITH A COUPLE SMALL TOUCH UPS IT WOULD REALLY POP. 

THE INTERIOR IS VERY NICE,NO CRACKS IN DASH, DOOR PANELS,ARM REST 
,CARPETS ARE LIKE NEW UNDER THE ORIGINAL RUBBER BUICK FLOOR MATTS 
SEATS ARE NOT SPLIT OR BURNED,HEADLINER IS PERFECT,REAR PACKAGE TRAY IS CLEAN,HAS ADDED VENETIAN  BLINDS FROM ORIGINAL OWNER.STEERING WHEEL HAS A SPLIT IN PLASTIC,COMMON ON OLD GM CARS.
CAR HAS NEVER BEEN SMOKED IN, OR USED AS A FAST FOOD DINER,NEVER HAULED HAIRY  PETS OR CHILDREN,OR BEEN USED LIKE A TRUCK, NO FUNKY STAINS OR SMELLS ,NEVER USED AS A PARTY CAR.
EVERYTHING ON THE CAR WORKS, EVEN THE DOOR BUZZER DOME LIGHT,GLOVEBOX LIGHT HORN ALL LIGHTS,BLINKERS ETC. WINDOWS ARE MANUAL CRANK,SEATS ARE ALSO MANUAL 
HAS ADDED CRUISE CONTROL, I HAVE NOT TRIED IT,BUT ITS ALL HOOKED UP AND PROBABLE WORKS, 
CAR HAS RHE FACTORY OWNERS MANUALS IN GLOVE BOX, STILL IN SEALED PLASTIC.

I DO NEED TO MENTION THE AIR CONDITIONING, THE SYSTEM IS FULL,WE BELIVE IT TO STILL BE THE OLD ORIGINAL R12 ,THE COMPRESSOR WORKS AND THE SYSTEM GETS ICE COLD, PROBLEM IS THE VENT FLAP IS NOT OPENING ALL THE WAY TO ALLOW COLD AIR FLOW INTO THE CABIN,YOU CAN FEEL PARTIAL ICE COLD AC TRYING TO COME IN BUT FLAP MAY NEED VACUME POD OR ATTENTION TO FUNCTION PROPERLY
