1974 Porsche 914, This car is not too far from being able to be put on the road, but in my opinion it should be restored first, As far as 914’s go this body is quite clean including the hell hole area, all longitudinals are solid. There are a couple small holes in the trunk and in the wheel well on the rear passenger side which I think I have included a pic of. Has front and rear sway bars. The engine is a built 1.7 W0021945, although I do not have paperwork for it, all I know is the seller told me her husband had a lot of money in the engine. He was a life long Harley mechanic that collected 911 & 914’s. I purchased four Porsches from the same woman, was a nasty divorce and he burned the paperwork on all of the cars. Took me about 9 month is to get the title!
CLEAN TITLE IN HAND
Car also has a transmission that was rebuilt at a Dr. EviI clinic. I purchased to restore but health issues are forcing me to part with a few of my 914s.
I do have the engine compartment lid and seats that need upholstery, I do not have a fuel tank for it. Fires right up, carbs need to be overhauled but I have the kits and will rebuild them this week.
Located in Maine.
This car was originally silver and was painted red, paint code is L 97A
