The Ferrari F355 is a rear mid-engine sports car that brought significant technological upgrades over the preceding 348. Tucked behind its passenger compartment is a 3.5L V8 with dual overhead cams and a five-valve cylinder head derived from the company’s Formula 1 program. Power output grew to 375 horsepower, though even considering its racing history, the car is as docile in urban driving as it is voracious at covering ground at speed. A six-speed manual transmission was standard, while Ferrari’s “F1” automated manual was an optional extra.
Further recognizing that its owners valued the ability to comfortably arrive in style just as much as they wanted to vault down the autostrada, Ferrari also fitted the car with two-mode adjustable dampers. Newly standard power-assisted steering was praised for its road feel, and it worked well with the staggered 18-inch wheels. The wind-tunnel-honed profile didn’t look much different from the 348 in profile, yet it was refined to an exceptional degree. In 1995, Ferrari released the “Spider” variant, which features the company’s first fully power-assisted soft top. Buyers could also specify the GTS targa as a middle ground, though most went with the full coupe or convertible. The F355 is perhaps one of the best-sounding and most attractive of the 1990s V8 Ferraris, and any Ferrari offers a fabulous blend of modern amenities with a classic driving style.

However, as with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective, and we recommend that the potential buyer fly out to inspect, as well as test drive any of our vehicles before finalizing their purchase. If it is not feasible for you to personally perform an inspection, we will gladly help facilitate an inspection by an independent service center of your choice and will make delivery arrangements of the vehicle for this purpose. All vehicles are sold in “AS IS” condition. Extended warranty options are available on most vehicles. Please be advised that no verbal statements concerning any vehicle constitutes a representation or warranty of said vehicle. Our goal is to provide you with the best service and buying experience as possible. All purchases include an additional $385 processing fee which covers the processing of paperwork, pre-vehicle delivery costs, FedEx shipping fees, and a 30-day temporary registration plate so that the vehicle can be driven prior to the title transfer. In regards to winning bidders and Buy It Now customers: All winning bidders and Buy It Now bidders are encouraged to fly out and personally inspect the vehicle. If you deem the vehicle is not as represented upon personal inspection, we will not only refund your deposit, but will also reimburse your airfare at the cost of a coach ticket. Feedback must be left at the time of delivery upon final inspection.
Pertaining to non-eBay winners: Anyone who has provided a deposit but whose purchase is still pending, please note that said vehicle will not be held and is subject to being sold at any time until all contingencies are removed and the purchase order is signed.
