Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1950 B2C116 Dodge Pickup. An extensive restoration was recently done in original paint colors of Corinthian Blue with black fenders truck. The restoration started with the body being acid dipped and the frame being sandblasted. The original Hood Ram and radiator shell were restored to their present condition. The heavy-duty rear box is a custom fabrication which has been painted black with a wood bed, wood side rails, and custom trailer hitch. The interior has been updated with OEM brown vinyl and a fiberglass headliner. Matching brown vinyl door panels, updated cluster, heater, and seatbelts are great additions to a nicely appointed 1950s truck interior. The cab was completely insulated with "Eastwood "sound mat. Under the hood is a 1939 T81 I6 block, crank, pistons, and camshaft, and 1950 engine components including the head, carburetor, manifolds, fuel pump, and water pump. The transmission is a three-speed manual with floor shift transferring power to a Dana 45 rear end with a 3:15 to1 gear ratio. Other features include an 18-gallon grounded fuel tank, 12-volt electrical system, OEM starter/ generator, dual horns, and a spotlight.
