Relive the 90s with an awesome time capsule of a car. This was found garaged in queens new york off the road since 2005. The original owner took a job offer in japan and left his prized 1991 mr2 turbo behind until we found it and saved it from the original owners parents garage. It is stock minus a k and n air filter and some 90s sound system upgrades. The title is original from 1991. It has only 86810 miles on the odometer currently and it is in great prensentable condition. The exterior has minor dents and scratches, to get it perfect i would consider repainting hover the car presents itself really well and turns heads. The re is no majee The stock 2.0 turbo runs good after a recent tuneup and fresh fluids and belts and battery. The fuel pump was replaced and the injectors were sent out and cleaned. The cap and rotor and plugs and wires are fresh. The brakes have brand new pads rotors and fresh brake fluid. All the work was completed by a local shop that is familiar with this platform, and rec ipts totaling thousands. Here is what the car needs: Fresh tires or tires and wheels because 14’ tires are hard to find. At some point the car appears to have been repainted. Looks great! The midpipe has a slight exhuast leak at the present time which i will fix! It was from disconnecting to diagnose. The car has a check engine light code 21 for oxygen or 02 sensor. The car has a slight hesitation which may be due to the 02 code, otherwise runs fine. Please note, this is a 33 year old barn find car that is not perfect, but a great deal at the price these normally go for. The body chassis engine and transmission are sound. You can make it perfect and get 20k or 30k for it. Its hard to find these unmolested with no rust or mods. Thats why its a bargain. Great car a rare find with low miles!
