Cruisin Classics is pleased to present to you today this 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass. This Cutlass comes to us dressed in a glossy coat of dark purple paint in good driver condition accented by gleaming brightwork. Up front you'll find a bright hood spine that culminates with an Oldsmobile emblem at the forward edge. The side-by-side quad headlights feature turn signal indicators in the center of each set and they sit above a chrome bumper in great condition. Brightwork continues around the side of the car with wheel lip molding, body side molding, and drip rail moldings. Gleaming window trim looks great next to the tinted windows. Adding a little more to the visual pop are chrome dual side mirrors and door handles. Both fenders are adorned with Oldsmobile symbol and "Cutlass" script badging in good condition. This Olds has a killer stance courtesy of some lowering springs as it sits atop eye-catching chrome 5-spoke American Racing wheels wrapped in Landspider Citytraxx H/P tires. At the rear you'll find a bright band across the trunk lip with "OLDSMOBILE" lettering on it, another "Cutlass" script badge above the band on the right side, and another chrome bumper with a mirror finish.
Lift the hood to find a clean and tidy engine bay with a 350ci Rocket V-8 at the center. The red block is topped off with stock heads, finned Holley valve covers with red accents, a ceramic-coated Performance intake manifold, a Holley 4-barrel carburetor, and a chrome Oldsmobile air cleaner. The V-8 is mated to a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission and a torque converter with a 3,000 stall that send power to the open rear end via a 12-bolt axle. Exhaust travels through headers and Dual Performance mufflers to exit below the rear bumper with a very nice rumble. Other highlights under the hood include MSD electronic ignition, a chrome power steering fill, and a 4-row aluminum radiator with dual electric fans to keep things cool. Stopping power comes from drum brakes on all 4 corners with a chrome master cylinder and new booster. Ride quality and handling are excellent with new shocks, ball joints, tie rod ends & links, drag link, and idler arm.
When you open the drivers door the dome light comes on to illuminate an all-black interior. The door panels appear original and exhibit light wear. A 6" Polk speaker has been added to each door toward the front in the lower carpeted section. The comfortable bench seats are covered in a combination of black vinyl and fabric with a cool design. Ahead of the driver is a 3-spoke OEM steering wheel in very good condition with a working horn and a shifter behind it on the column. The crack-free black padded dash is home to the factory speedometer, fuel gauge, and temp gauge with warning lights for gen, oil, and hot. An Autometer tachometer has been added in the dash between the heater controls and the original AM radio (inop.). Meanwhile, beneath the dash, you'll find additional Autometer gauges for voltage and oil pressure. The afore-mentioned heater works just as it should with a strong fan. To the far right, behind the flip-up door of the glovebox, you'll discover a newer Sony AM/FM/CD stereo with remote as well as the original owners manual and warranty booklet. This stereo not only plays through the door speakers, but also a set of Polk 6X9's in the rear package tray. Underfoot is black hook & loop carpet while overhead is a tight black vinyl headliner. Around back in the trunk is a vinyl mat, a spare tire with vinyl cover, a factory-style jack, a car cover, and a box of trophies, plaques, and awards the car has earned over time.
Whether you're a Cutlass fan or just a lover of full-size 60's muscle cars, you're going to want to take a close look at this ride. This Olds packs a lot of bang for the buck with great looks, a fantastic drivetrain, a comfortable interior, and a car show-ready engine bay. You'll be sure to get thumbs up and compliments wherever you go in this beauty! Give us a call today and be the one to take it home!
