This car is an outstanding condition for its age. That being said, it is not perfect. The paint looks great from 10 feet but if someone wanted to fully restore this car, you would want to repaint it there are some rust spots, including on the front passenger fender that is rusted through. Repair or replace the front passenger fender to fix. It does have a lot of brand new items, including brand new tires, brake work, all new injectors, new fuel tank and more. Starts right up, the shifter linkage is finicky in park on start but jiggle it and you are good to go! Driver's door only opens using the interior pull. No big deal for me, as I always have the top off. I have restored several of these R107’s and purchased this one in particular because of its being the number 000040.
