Unfortunately I don't know much about these trucks except that they do run and drive. Unsure about miles, I have bought and sold quite a bit of airport ground service equipment, and they always well maintained, and have very low miles and hours (usually under 10k)! These are made on a custom chassis, with a hydrostatic transmission. They also have a super cool swing out "power module", where the single Cummins engine swings out of the middle of the truck for easy access (see picture). No title, you will receive a bill of sale, and can apply for a title with that at the DMV, I have done it before. I can help find you a shipper if needed, keep in mind you will need a low boy to ship this which can be quite expensive.
