Beautiful restored Orange and Blue patina 1965 Mustang Fastback.  This has been one of my favorite mustangs and I took my time going through it.  Car was originally Orange and at some point in it's life was painted metallic blue.  I love the color combination and the beautiful patina.  It was preserved with a Poppy's Patina gloss clear coat.  She runs and drives great.  Car was mostly restored but I wanted to keep some of the original character.  Original wheels were painted black and original hub caps were polished while still maintaining their original patina.  New tires all around  All of the front suspension has been rebuilt, new upper and lower control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends and sway bar bushings.  All of the brakes front and rear have been gone through.  New master cylinder, hard brake lines, soft brake lines, wheel cylinders and spring kits.  Pads and drums looked great and were left alone.  Engine was refreshed, new water pump, alternator and aluminum intake.  Topped with a Holley 4 barrel carb and a modified air cleaner to allow plenty of air.  New electronic ignition, coil, plug and wires.  New fuel tank and all new fuel lines and fuel pump.  Original headers were preserved in black and a new 2.5" exhaust through glass packs and out the side of the car.  She sounds great!  Automatic trans shifts really nice and was fully serviced as well as a full service on the rear differential.  Tail lights have been upgraded to LED for a little more visibility and new chrome bumpers front and rear.  Floor is solid and rust free and was sealed to prevent future rust.  Covered in new black carpet, all black trim and kicker panels, new dash and new black steering wheel.  Headliner was covered in foam for heat and sound deadener and then covered with a new headliner.  Rear seat was preserved and front seats were completely recovered in new foam and vinyl.  Radio and rear speakers were kept in the car for a cool vintage look but are currently not functional.  Speedo works, turn signals, high bean indicator, oil pressure, alternator light and I believe the fuel gauge works but haven't put enough fuel in the car yet to fully test.  Only gauge currently not working is the temp gauge, although the car does run between 185-190 even here in the Arizona heat.  Car only has a few miles on her since being completed so things are still settling and will still need some adjustments.  Although I am sure there are several things you would like to do to make her yours.  She is a great car.
