This timeless topless classic starts, drives, and stops...but needs some TLC. It has rust in typical areas, runner boards, and some areas of the undercarriage. The top is worn but mechanically works well. The doors and windows operate well. It probably needs some front-end suspension work or front-wheel hub work...(wobbles at low speeds). Does not appear to have been crashed, but can't confirm. It may need an engine overhaul or rebuild, as it leaks motor oil. It is carbureted, and bogs out passed 20 mph approx.
The brakes are disc and new. The e-brake has a new cable, but is not connected (will be in the frunk), It has a new stereo system with new speakers but is not connected (will be in the frunk). The car sat for over 2 years...but starts right up. It will cycle through the gears, but a bit rough. Clutch is operating fine. It appears to be the original paint.
We have the clean title on hand, as well as 2 Hemmings Auctions valuation reports, that puts it above the reserve price.
