Bidding: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested, or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Please read eBay's "User Agreement" and understand your obligations.

Inspection: If you would like to make a sales visit or inspection, we would be happy to schedule a personal appointment with you. To do so, contact Carlo Connors at 610-505-8612. Any questions should be asked prior to bidding. Please do not assume anything. Our cars are on display in our showroom, in national print advertisements, listed for sale on our website, and listed for sale in multiple, nationally known, online venues at all times. Since our cars are always for sale not all eBay listings will run their full course. Don’t wait to call us!

Trades: We do accept trades, but will only consider good condition vehicles. If you would like us to review a trade, please send detailed pictures, and a description which includes all history and documentation present with the car. Also, give us an idea of what you are expecting in trade value. Trade in pictures can be sent to comoco@comcast.net

Odometer Readings: Due to demo test drives and mechanical inspections, the mileage of the vehicle may be different than the mileage stated when the vehicle was first listed on eBay. All of our vehicles are considered “Antiques” and are therefore to be sold as miles “exempt”.

Financing: If you need help with financing, please contact Carlo Connors before bidding at 610.505.8612. Please do not bid unless your financing has been approved. Some banks have year and/or mileage restrictions, but there are several banks that specialize in financing for antique and classic cars. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of this prior to bidding.

Warranty: This vehicle is being sold strictly "as is" with no warranty or guarantees offered or implied. While we do try and describe the car accurately, it still remains a used vehicle with possible issues that are unknown to the seller. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value of this vehicle, and to bid based upon that judgment solely. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be in conducted in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Payments: A partial payment of $500.00 via PayPal must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days via Bank Wire, Cashier’s Check, Cash in person, or Personal Check. The vehicle and title will not be released until payment clears our bank.

Taxes and Fees: The "Buyer" is responsible for the taxes and fees in the state they will be registering and/or titling the vehicle. No sales tax will be charged.

Shipping and Delivery: All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. Any shipping quotes provided by us are strictly estimates and subject to change at any time.

Company History: Connors Motorcar Company was established in 1978 by Carlo M. Connors upon graduating from The University of Vermont with a degree in Physics and Geology. Carlo decided that he wanted to make his passion for old cars his life’s work. So, he began restoring and selling antique cars, and now has a full service restoration shop, with 5 skilled craftsmen performing all aspects of maintenance, repairs and restoration on antique cars, exclusively. We also collect and sell the highest quality cars available, of all makes and models. We buy cars that we love, and we think that you will love them, too.
