My grandfather bought this 1978 ford f100 explorer ranger new in 1978. After he died, the truck became mine. I drove it for many years and kept it up. We had a Jasper motor put in it at the Ford dealership in 1998. Although I have no proof, this motor has less than 40,000 miles on it. The fuel pump is gummed up, but a little gas in the carb and she will show off her strength. I had a small accident in the early 2000s and replaced the hood with one from the junk yard. I still have the easily repairable original hood (included). I replaced the bed from another f100 when the floor of it became too rusty. I do not have the original bed. However, every other single piece of this truck is original and here (hood ornaments, letters, door panels - all of it)
