A good work van with a hi-roof, truck-style base with a strong V8 Gas engine, with trailer hitch for towing. 

Needs a new gas vent filter/sensor assembly installed and new parking brakes. Sold as-is, needs repairs for safety certificate required for licensing. No other issues that I'm aware of. 

Back cargo has plywood, can mount cabinets or strap hooks to it easily. Plywood was installed on studs that were anchored to existing screw threads on body. Led 12v hookup for lighting in cargo bay, needs power source. There is a divider installed between the seats and cargo bay. 

Backup camera is installed, and extra padlocks are equipped for cargo doors to prevent theft.
