LOCAL PICK UP ONLY -- MUST BRING TRAILER OR ROLL-BACK AND LOAD YOURSELF
PLEASE NOTE: I have had too many people "accidentally" use the 'buy-it-now' button only to back out of the purchase. This has wasted my time and lost me many days of the listing being active. Because of this, I now require a deposit to purchase with the balance to be paid upon pick-up. I have also removed the "Make Offer" option since that bypasses the deposit requirement. Sorry for the inconvenience.
THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE! IF YOU DO NOT PICK THE CAR UP WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF WINNING THE AUCTION, YOU WILL FORFIET YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT AND I WILL RELIST THE ITEM.
2007 Honda Civic Hybrid w/ Navigation
Clean Title in hand
The car runs, but has a slightly rough idle and emits white smoke from exhaust. (I suspect a bad head gasket, but just don't have the time to mess with it.) It currently has no 12-volt battery, but I can hook up a battery for you to see it run. There is a possibility that it will have enough power to drive up on a trailer, but be prepared to have either a winch or enough people that can push it up on the trailer.
Prior to this issue, the car ran very well and had no other issues -- shifted well, smooth suspension, avg 33mpg. The hybrid battery has never been replaced and is very depleted, but did not keep it from running -- this is the reason it only got 33mpg instead of the 45mpg it got when the battery was good.
The car is straight and has no exterior damage. Has some scratches (a couple are pretty deep) and dings in the paint, but nothing that would require any major body work.
Interior is in great condition (no tears in upholstery or cracks in the plastic).
All glass is intact and not cracked.
Some of the weather-stripping has deteriorated from age and needs to be replaced
All four tires match (Goodyear Assurance) and have at least half tread left
There is no spare tire or jack.
Has (1) key with remote and (1) valet key
The 12-volt battery is bad and not installed; however, if you would like the old battery to use as a core trade-in, you can have it.
This would be a good project car to get running and use as a daily... or a good car to part out and get much more than the buying price by selling pieces individually since everything is in such good shape.... I just don't have the time or space to tackle this.
