I have owned this truck for approximately 8 years and put very few miles on it (approximately 40k).  Good truck, runs and drives fine, it was bought to tow a horse trailer but never got used for that purpose.  

New tires within the past 10k miles

New starter a couple of years ago

New alternator last year

Transmission was replaced at about 180k miles (no paperwork)

Batteries were both replaced within the past 5 years.  

No known major issues.
