Motor isn't seized. Brakes are flat non working. Dump worked when last used. Truck has sat for 10 years see pixs. Was repainted years ago. I see some bondo on roof. Wheel walks. Rockers. And cab corners are in great shape. Floor pans and seat are good. All glasses except passenger side roll up [cracked] is fine.
