Condition
This vehicle is in great condition and is very clean. Paint shines like new off of the showroom floor with just a few minor imperfections that you can expect on a used vehicle. Very clean interior, nonsmoker, pet-free, child-free vehicle. Everything works as it should. Miles are mostly highway as I travel quite a bit for work (I put 65k on this car in just over a year). Maintained meticulously throughout my ownership of it with all fluids and filters changed regularly. Synthetic oil only at regular intervals and only OEM BMW filters. Always put 93 octane gas in it, driven gently and responsibly by an adult. The oil was last changed at 75k. Engine Air and Cabin Air Filters replaced at 65k. Tires also replaced at 65k miles with brand new Michelin Latitude Sport 3 ZP Run Flats. These are top of the line, expensive, and last much longer than cheaper brands. Brakes also still have plenty of life left on them.
Title
This vehicle comes with a North Carolina rebuilt salvage title. I purchased this vehicle at an insurance auto auction after it was involved in a minor collision. Damaged parts included front right door, fender, headlight, and wheel. There was no damage to engine, transmission, frame, cooling system, etc. All parts replaced with OEM parts, no aftermarket parts. The vehicle looks and runs as good as any other used vehicle up for sale. I purchased it with 11,000 miles. I have put about 65k miles on the car since the repair without a single problem. Only selling because I upgraded to a newer X5 with lower mileage because I drive so much for work. Registering / titling a vehicle with a rebuilt salvage title varies from state to state. Most states require a quick inspection at a local police station or mechanic's shop. Please familiarize yourself with your state's procedure for registering a vehicle with a rebuilt salvage title. Insuring a vehicle with a rebuilt salvage title is identical to insuring any other vehicle. This vehicle is being offered for worldwide bidding. If you are an international bidder, please familiarize yourself with your country's import process before bidding.

I am pretty flexible with payment. Options include cash, wire transfer, bank check, money order, or a combination. Wire transfer is usually easiest. I do REQUIRE that payment be 100% paid / cleared before I release the vehicle and / or title to the buyer, no exceptions. This includes wire transfers which can sometimes take a day or two until they stop showing as a pending transaction. I do not do financing. I require a $500 deposit within 3 days of the auction's end via eBay/PayPal. Vehicle will be relisted if deposit is not paid within 3 days and/or full payment/pickup is not made/arranged. I am a private seller, not a dealer, so NO DEALER FEES!!!
Shipping / Pickup
The vehicle is located in Raleigh, NC 27617. Local pickup is available. If not possible, shipping arrangements and costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. I have shipped many vehicles all over the country and can give you an approximate quote based on your location. I can also help the buyer arrange shipping if they are unable to find a carrier, however, costs associated with shipping are still buyer's responsibility. If vehicle is being shipped via carrier, title will be mailed via certified mail after payment is complete.
