• 1984 Mercedes-Benz 190e 2.3L Sedan
• Called W201 internally, and colloquially known as the Baby Benz, the Mercedes-Benz 190 arrived in the United States for the 1984 model year. It was the smallest and cheapest member of the company's line-up but it nonetheless offered a wide selection of features and the comfort that buyers expected from a Mercedes-Benz. Both 4- and 6-cylinder models were available until the 190 retired in 1993 when it was replaced by the original C-Class.
• Power comes from an M102 2.3-liter 4-cylinder engine, rated at approximately 113 horsepower and 133 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission.
