It has all the normal Civic EX features like sunroof, 16" Alloy wheels, 4 wheel disk ABS brakes, power windows and locks, steering wheel controls for stereo and cruise control and a split 60/40 fold down rear seat so you can put some pretty large or long things in the trunk. A good sized transmission cooler was added early on (I have done this with all my cars). As stated in the condition section the new engine short block assembly and rebuilt head have only 102,835 miles on them with that work being done in late 2014 by AutoNation Honda in California. (It's worth noting that any 2006 - early 2009 Civics that have not had the block assembly replaced by Honda with the later version could crack at any time and the 10 year extended warranty for that is over). The suspension was freshened up with new Honda Strut assemblies, rear springs, shocks, sway bar links and good aftermarket control arms, balls joints, bushings, etc. in 2019. The Takata airbag recall has been completed as well as the rear suspension control arm update to correct the rear camber.
I always replaced things based on time and mileage rather than waiting for things to break. Oil and filters changed per the car's service minder and the transmission fluid changed more often than required. Maintenance is recorded in a couple of books and a file jacket of receipts, which of course go to the new owner. It has never been crashed or towed. The 2 original remote keys as well as the non-remote key that came with the car are in good working condition and included.
