Vehicle Details

Today I have sell my 1985 GMC Sierra Classic. I traded a 1969 Chevelle for this truck about 2 years ago. I really liked the stying of the truck and the square body design. This truck has a few rust through spots in the usual places ( cab corners and lower bed, see pics). The truck has a natural patina that really like. The only reason I am selling to invest in a new business opportunity. Below is good and bad that I have discovered during my ownership.

First the bad:

* AC is not connected but is there

* Speedometer and gas gauge doesn’t. I planned on LS swapping with Dakota gauge so I never got it fixed( should be simple)

* has a few quarter size rust holes in cab corner and one spot on bed.

* wipers need a new switch

* Does has c- notch so it does bottom out on big bumps. Still rides good

Now the good

* Cool Patina paint

* has brand new power window motors

*Recent tuneand oil change. Runs and drives great

*New Bluetooth stereo system, dash speakers and behind bench speakers

* 20x8 front, 20x9.5 rear boss 338 wheels on tires with a lot of tread

* Lowered 3/5 with rear axle flip. Not sure about front

* sound deadening under carpe

* bench seat is in good shape but I decided to go with bench cover.

*Previous owner told me the engine was a 350 with 305 heads for higher compression.

**NO TITLE!…TRUCK COMES WITH A BILL OF SALE AND CURRENT REGISTRATION. STATE OF ALABAMA DOES NOT ISSIE NEW TITLES ON CARS OLDER THAN 35 years old,

I planned to LS swap but drove great so I just enjoyed it

These trucks are becoming more and more popular. It turns heads and gets thumbs up everywhere you go. As I stated before I was going to LS swap so some of the issues I didn’t worry about. This truck would be great for cruise ins and car shows. It’s great for LS swap or drive it like it is. Great for a persons cool daily driver, shop truck, first truck for teen, or just cool weekend ride. Truck has been in Alabama for its whole existence and is ready to drive.
