2001 ChevroIet Corvette, convertible, 6 speed manual transmission. All original except for the Corsa exhaust. I purchased this vehicle in September of 2018. I am the third owner. Originally the vehicle was purchased on a four year lease from 2001 thru 2005. The second owner had the vehicle for thirteen years from 2005 until my purchase in 2018. I’ve had very few problems other than changing a battery in 2023, and a oil pressure sensor. The only current issues with the vehicle is the remote lock/unlock works intermittently. I’ve changed the batteries but it still does not work consistently. I have to use the key on occasion to unlock the car. The other issue is the headlight motors are beginning to chatter for a few seconds when you turn off the lights. This is because of a small plastic gear inside the headlight housing that has worn. The parts are readily available for around $50 plus around two hours labor to repair. Or, both motors can be replaced for $150 each. They can be purchased at Advanced Auto Parts or any part store. I rarely drive the car at night and haven’t gotten around to repairing them. The tires are Good Year Eagles and are about seven years old. The second owner told me he had the tires replaced the year before he sold the car and they had about 3000 miles on them. I’ve had the car almost six years and have put 15k miles on the tires, so plenty of tread life left. The top is in excellent shape as is the entire vehicle. The vinal wrap has done it job. The car with me has been accident free with the exception of one minor backing incident where a lady backed into me while in a drive thru restaurant. The right front bumper area was damaged and professionally repaired with no issues.
Included with the vehicle is a leather bra and dust cover. Also the original factory build sheet and window sticker. There is a factory 12 disc CD changer in the trunk that I have never used.
Interior- There literally is not a tear or rip anywhere. All the leather is in good to above average condition.
