He recently passed away at 92 so we have decided to sell it. I was going to take it to Mecum Autions , "as it is that nice" but with the distance and selling fees and what buyers have to pay , E-bay seems like a better option for everybody. This truck was bought brand new in Georgia by my father in 1985. It has always been here in Georgia and South Carolina just this year where he went to assisted living . Never ever driven in the winter of the midwest of salt and chemicals. It has only 107,321 miles. Absolutely original and verified. This is an all original truck. No after maket parts. All original metal and parts that this truck came with new.  It has always been maintained and kept this nice. It was my dads personal truck that was never ever used as any kind of work truck. His car so to speak. It has never had any rust or body damage. I have pictures of it just before I had it painted and it was still amazing. So many people have to take some beat up old truck with heavy use and then restore it. Not this one.  For a gift to him before he passed away I had it painted . --------------THIS TRUCK HAS UNDER 100 MILES ON IT SINCE I HAD IT PAINTED AND SERVICED. NOT DONE YEARS AGO. IT WAS DONE THIS YEAR. 2024 WITH ALL RECEIPTS TO PROVE IT. -------------- The original paint is single stage and had the usual fading to it. Still looked great but I wanted it like new for my dad. I had a very high end paint shop do the work and it was done right. Every single piece of trim was taken off this truck . door handles , key locks rubber trim etc.  The bed was taken off and done separately. While the bed was off they did the complete frame and under portion with encapsulator treatment. Glossy black . The frame and under carriage were nice and smooth. No flaking. My dad barely ever even drove it in the rain even. It is just as nice underneath as the body is on top. The body shop spent equal time prepping and painting the bottom part as they did what is more visable. They are that high end and quality in their work and attention to detail. I spent $6128.00 on the paint work and extra for the new side molding and wheel well trim. Brand New and perfectly applied. The paint has that wet glossy glow to it like new. Even better than new really. They did a 3 stage wet sand and a 3 stage buff with a final hand wax. My dad bought this new with white wall tires and the wheels that are on it. That is what he wanted, I did not change it to Rally wheels like most these days because I wanted it just like he wanted it new for him. The interior is amazing. All original as I said. Look carefully at the seat. NO cracks to the material and no repairs. As good as they get and as nice as when it was new also. He always had a seat cover on it. I took it off for the first time since new. The carpet is bright red. NO fading.  He had 3 sets of mats on it to protect the carpet. That is just the way he was . Everything had to be protected .The door panels nice and red with original straps not broken. The vents in the dash have the full silver on them . not wore off and not replaced .The dash is original .No cover with a relacement cover. Nice and straight with just 2 hairline cracks and barely. He always kept this truck garaged. Never sitting out in the weather or sun. Never smoked in. This is fully loaded with every option at he time. Power windows, door locks, tilt wheel, cruise, Am FM radio that works perfect, and the full high end Silverado package. Every option works perfect. Ice cold air conditioning.  It had a bedliner in it since new I took it out to show how nice the bed is. Bright clean and straight. NO dents at all. Some rubs from the bedliner over the years but looks amazing. No cracks or damage to the front grille and the chrome bumper is as staight and shiny as when he got it. Look how nice and straight the tailgate is. NO repairs . He kept it this nice and the chrome stainless trim is original as well ,and also nice and straight. Not dented up like most are.---------------------------------- "THIS HAS A BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION THAT HAS UNDER 100 MILES ON IT AS WELL. ----------------------The original  transmission was fine but my father when he was not able to drive it anymore decided to pull it out of the garage and put it in park before he put the brakes on. It broke the park pin so the whole transmission was redone. Under 100 miles on it with a full warranty and receipts for verification. $2800.28 FOR THE NEW TRANNY. ------------------- This is turn key ready. It needs nothing mechanically either. This is the service that was just completed , also with under 100 miles since done and all the receipts. Brand new brakes, shocks, alternator, belts, plugs, wires, blower motor, battery, valve covers, oil pan gasket, complete carb redone, fuel pump, and radiator service with complete air conditioning service. No leaks on this truck. You will not have any leaks in your driveway. My dad always maintained this with proper oil changes. It does not smoke when you first start it and starts as easy as when it was new . The mechanic got it perfect. . No ticking noise when you first start it. Perfect lifters. Does not use oil. When the Brakes and shocks were put on everything else was checked and passed or replaced. Tie Rods, Ball joints , Sway bar bushings etc. This truck runs and drives like new. Perfectly straight down the road with the steering wheel. no rattles or squeeks. The doors shut nice and tight no sagging. For all this ,it was another $2238.76.  I could go on and on and I am sorry to be so wordy but I am very well versed in every detail of this truck since new and it means alot to me to describe it as such and hope that it goes to a new home that keeps it as nice as my father did.
