1966 Chevy II, a true 118 car on title, door jam, and cowl tag. Repainted Marina blue sometime in the 80's. Period correct "362" casting 327 block, with the za suffix. the 362 block was unique to Chevy Il as they had a recessed oil filter housing for clearance for the 4 sp clutch pivot bar. "3890462" 202 heads. Original muncie "3885010" 4 sp trans. Original 10 bolt 308 posi mono leaf rear. It had some minor upgrades.

All but engine block verified matching numbers car.

Hot tanked engine block. Replaced pistons and rings. Bore 4.030 stroke 3.250 compression 8 1/2 to 1.

New 2.02 intake valves and 1.06 exhaust valves. New Thumper full roller cam and lifters from Comp cams, New high volume oil pump. New double roller timing chain. New high-performance valve springs and new titanium retainers and keepers.

New steel crankshaft. stud girdles on the heads, aluminum intake, hooker headers, magnaflow exhaust, mallory unilite coil and distributor, hurst shifter and linkage. New Z-bar with ball mount.

6 qt pan. The body panels are straight and original. rear qrtrs have the factory stamp on them. The floors are original and show absolutely no rust, no scale, no repair. about as clean as can be for an unrstored car.

Every body panel and pan is original. This is a factory 4 speed car and true SS. There are the correct holes for the bucket seats with the correct reinforcement brackets.
