No rust. No DEF fluid. Meticulously maintained. Records available. All highway miles pulling lite travel trailers across the US and Canada. The only issues you may or may not want to deal with are a 'service 4wd' message that comes on occasionally (I just serviced the diffs and transfer case), undeleting the egr, and recharging the AC, if I don't get to it first. None of these issues affect how it runs. It runs like new and gets 17-19 mpg. Also, the odometer stopped working at 621,369 miles (999,999 kilometers), as all Ram trucks do, so I have tracked mileage since then using the trip odometer on my Garmin GPS device (included). Has a few minor dents and dings. Tires have 10-15000 miles left on them.
