Up for sale is my 1972 Oldsmobile 442 W-30. This is a Vin documented "X" W-30. It retains the original " born with" drivetrain and was restored approx 8yrs ago and looks as though it was just completed. The paint is impeccable and is the correct "Saddle Bronze Met" code 63 with Laser straight striping under clearcoat that's smooth to the touch. Previous owner claimed the engine was rebuilt using W-30 components and a compression check performed by Iron Stables Garage documents all cylinders were 185 except one at 180.Engine compartment, trunk , and interior are as close to factory as possible. Undercarriage is also very clean.
!972 W-30 production numbers with an automatic was 370, and even rarer is one produced with a bench seat.
