!!!TOOK CAR INTO MERCEDES OF NEW ORLEANS 240 miles ago. AND HAD A COMPLETE END OF WARRANTY SERVICE. oil service, filters, all fluids checked and topped and complete diagnostic scan. Full undercarriage scan for ANY leaks or problems. Perfect , As New(1,200 MILES SINCE LAST SRVC 12 months ago)AND A COMPLETE END OF WARRANTY TOP TO BOTTOM INSPECTION DONE.  (JAN 19 2024 Factory WARRANTY ENDS) TOOK 3 HOURS. ZERO CODES, FAULTS, LEAKS, NOTHING. I EVEN HAD THEM TEST THE LITHIUM BATTTERY TO SEE IF IF IT WAS 100%, PERFECT! Only 35 made of the 2nd gen C217.5 S65 Coupe, and my research shows this may be the last ever made. Never to come back!! MB has not been helpful except to say it was built in the final week, of which only 3 were made. I have driven her for 16 months and never had a single issue to ever be fixed under warranty. These S coupes are far more aluminum extensive and weigh well over 400 pound less then the boat S65 sedan. The sedan is to be driven in, The coupe is the more genuine drivers car, fun lightweight S65(minus another 45 pounds with the ceramic carbon brakes vs steel

THIS WAS THE ONLY S65 V12 AMG COUPE IN NORTH AMERICA UNDER ORIGINAL FACTORY MERCEDES WARRANTY .Expired  1/19/2024. All other 65 coupes expired over a year ago

V12 COUPES WERE EVER MADE. NO MORE S COUPES, NO MORE AMG V12'S...EVER!! 

THESE ARE RADICALLY DIFFERANT FROM THE 1ST GEN 2015-17 MODELS. Only a few 18's which were actually early 19's were ever made and GONE forever. Not just a complete cosmetic workover but 100's and 100's of electronic and drivetrain changes made.

4 year warranty just ended but has a Comprehensive emissions 8 years total 80K mile  CA warranty the covers turbos injection, ECU most of engine and tranny.

WARRANTY START DATE WAS IN EARLY 2020, .  Warranty expired a few months ago. Had a full end if warranty inspection and service. But just like the 15 months i have driven her, not a single issue of any sort.

Production was May 13 2019,(May 2019 is when production of 2020 models commence for North America,) (The S65 V12 Coupe was never made after 2019 model year!! mostly 2018 production)

Only 35 2nd gen upgraded lightweight aluminum coupes were made. However rumor has a 36th was made for MB museum as last V12 S class coupe ever! Almost all 2019 S65 coupes were made in 2018.

 May well be last retail S65 Coupe made in world. Still working on documentation. MB not being helpful. They said S65 V12 Coupe production ended prior to to 5/19, but in all the history and data plate. , but this is the actual build date. Sold new in early 2020.

Finest Gran Turismo ever built. Very Rare. Only 35, (not counting the one that went to the MB museum) of the completely re-engineered final  2nd gen facelift S65 V12 BiTurbo C217.5 Coupes were ever built. ..... Possibly last one ever built. There will never be a another V12 S class coupe, gone in favor of small engine hybrids.(Only $ 4-7 million Pagani Huayra and Ultima will receive this exact M279.5 AMG engine from here on) Pagani for Twin Turbo used only the 279.5 found on this car. The extra forged bits Pagani wanted were used across  the board for the final 150 or so MB's that used this engine. When u see a CL65 saying its a Pagani engine that like saying the V12 in a BMW sedan is the same V12 used in the McLaren F1. Not true by a long shot. The diff is the McLaren engine was heavily modified by BMW/ The Pagani 279.5 was deemed perfect for their 5 million dollar car right out of the crate. But the MB AMG V12 Huayra and Ultima are all sold out and bring almost double original MSRP now.

Please be aware of after market tuners(Yeah Brabus, talking to you) oversized aftermarket wheels, wheel spacers, will destroy the active hydraulic suspension. 

Oversized wheels larger than 20" will adversely affect handling and add up to 36 pounds per corner in unsprung weight. The magic suspension is made for the forged(lightweight AMG alloys of 20". Anything larger and you risk pre mature failure.

Any mods to engine(tuning) voids the entire power train. Many times after an accident you will see modified  wheels, trim, bumpers etc. especially wheels after an accident

My car is bone stock with ZERO warranty ending mods/no mods of any sort.

The operating system is entirely diff, as well as the radar cruise(much better),self driving), driving dynamics, shift speeds, front and rear ends, OLED taillights and hundreds of other changes. 

Remember these very rare 2nd gen C217.5 V12 S65 coupes cost $110,000 more than a comparable same year S63 AMG V8 W222 sedan and $87,000 more than a comparable S63 AMG same year Coupe.!

Plus add $35,000 for the Optional Carbon Ceramic Brakes, full external carbon fiber package, heated windshield, Burmeister High End 3D, Night Vision, Designo Interior, Swarovski Crystal Headlights, Maybach Wood, Magic Ride Suspension(Only available on S65 in North America and England) Remote software upgrade, remote start and diagnostics, remote setting of all features. and much more.

Also be careful of the many flood cars listed in Texas and Salvage cars with clean titles. Also salvage cars retitled as rebuilt. These are junk/salvage only cars. Beware of fraudsters/salvage sellers on E bay . This car has had one owner: Mercedes Benz, and is the only S65 coupe with factory warranty remaining till 2024.

Another point is all the convertible S classes carry over 742 pounds in extra weight to try to stiffen the chassis with the roof cut off. This means NO S65 or Maybach convertible has magic curve or magic ride. The extra steel welded on the bottom excludes the best feature of the car!!You will notice most for sale are the Convertibles that have serious chassis flex. and Be careful of cars from the snow belt. The salt in the road plays havoc on the undercarriage and suspension. Lots of rot. This is a Southern California car her whole like except the few months she has been in warm/no snow New Orleans .

NEVER DAMAGED OR HURT, 1 OWN, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CAR.

There is one touched up scratch and 1 small scuff next to it

Only the final 124 S65(final Edition) big sedans were made to be sold as 2020's. ,(I believe were only sold in Europe and the middle east and all pre sold) . 20!9 S65 V12's have no   warranty left (most sold in 2018) and have usually had multiple owners.. !!This was a Mercedes factory reacquired in California to foster customer good will. You will see and sign the factory disclosure for this. owner complained of noise Park distance made. NO issues found!!!!(ZERO) Only California has this bizarre Cons, prot law. 2/3 's of all lease cars in CA are reacquired under this. S65 just had a full maintenance with ALL Mercedes oils and filters.1200 MILES AGO. Another full service and end of warranty inspection was done 15 miles ago. Zero issues. I have found nothing to be done undder warranty, and I am very picky. It took over 11 months of hard negotiating with Daimler Benz to get this car. This is the 1st used car I have purchased in 4 years, because of Covid, Stupid dealer prices, chip shortage, etc. 1st one that met ALL my criteria. Full MB new car warranty is untouched except the park distance receives 1 extra year. Also since this is s CA born car virtually everything on the Drivetrain receives another add. 3 years of warranty (7  total)!!

Assignment paperwork(instructions for DMV) has been reissued with NO buyback language and is a clear title in virtually every state. Issued by Mercedes Benz  of North America...

You will see a 1 1/4" light scratch on the passenger side front bumper cover. I stupidly did this as it had no flaws.

Has since been touched with custom matched factory code paint. No other imperfections. Original Books, manuals, etc.

This was reacquired in California as the owner complained of the Park Distance controls You will sign the factory MB disclosure where NOTHING was found wrong but under inane CA law a complaint is all it takes.
