A little piece of York in New York, an authentic English right-hand Defender, restrained yet playful enough through its stylish patina. The car was purchased last year, riding a capricious impulse, to get a lavish green Defender as a Christmas present for my wife while site-seeing the lush, green, bucolic British Isles.

This particular car, is a 1994 Land Rover Defender 110 (4 door) packing a 200 diesel with 117k miles; meaning the engine is in the vivd, early spring of its lifetime. The drivetrain constitutes of a 5-speed gearbox, healthy and playful, through all its gears, with sink rows that play in tune; mirroring the healthy state of the gearbox. The clutch and differentials show no faults in their part either; everything is in perfect order.

The car also features an authentic English MOT, reflecting a solid, non-corroded framework, an upgraded suspension providing a 2 inch lift, and all-new LED headlights. Mechanically, the car is ready to tackle mountain roads, beaches and city roads without any form of strain.

Its shape and interior reflect the same quality as its mechanical counterpart. The car has been clothed in brand-new upholstery, contrasting the cool green exterior with a warm orange interior. A plethora of upgrades have been added to the car ranging from, a new radio with bluetooth to four USB ports functioning as ports and chargers. Towering from above, is a crisp, clean headliner in very good condition and covering the floors are brand new carpets. The entire interior is topped off with all-new quality lining.

As far its legs go, you can really stretch it considering that it stands on brand new wheels and tires. Reducing its volatile speed happens through the strong and assertive breaks in perfect working order.

The reason for departing from this beauty, lies therein that my wife finds its a little bit hefty and long for her capabilities, so we opted for the Land Rover Defender 90 and hope that the next owner will enjoy it as much as we did. Happy bidding.
