Any vehicle over 10 years old will be sold miles EXEMPT. If the vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of auction close or accepted bid we reserve the right to charge a resonable storage fee. If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid or offer until your funding has been approved. You are responsible for your own financing arrangements so please take care of them before bidding or making an offer. We recommend you do not send payment regular mail. we recommend that if your mailing payment you do so with certified mail such as usps, ups or fedex. This is for your protection as well as ours. 

Shipping and Delivery:

All shipping charges are buyers responsibility. We can help with shipping arrangements but will not be held liable for any damages, mishaps or the length of time it takes for your vehicle to arrive. 

If you are a Florida resident you are required to pay Florida sales tax and registration fee/ tag and title. If you are not Florida resident and you are driving this vehicle away from our lot, you may be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you sales tax. If your vehicle is being shipped , YOU WILL NOT NEED TO PAY SALES TAX IN FLORIDA. We will require a shipping company to provide a bill of lading. You will have to pay your state's sales tax and any registation fees in your state.
