Up for sale is my personally owned "98 Spec" 1998 Honda Integra Type R, VIN DC2-1305682. Clean WA state title in hand! No import paperwork and title conversion needed. This is a legal US titled car and ready for the new owner. Almost a completely stock ITR, which is becoming harder to find.

The car is in overall good condition. It drives smoothly, shifts perfectly, stops straight, and the drivetrain has no issues. Overall this is a great running and driving car.

For being 25+ years old, it isn't perfect but has been a blast to drive and gets thumbs up from people around town and at car shows.

The engine runs great, no major issues, and burns no oil. The oil (Amsoil) and oil filter (HAMP) were recently replaced and is all set for the miles ahead. There is a small oil leak that I haven't traced down yet. It leaves a very small quarter size spot on the garage floor after driving.

Transmission shifts perfectly! I love these Honda manual transmission for how they shift and feel. The clutch has a lot of life left and doesn't slip... yes the tire chirp when shifting gears. The limited slip differential works nicely and engages both front wheels as it should.

Suspension is all stock and in good condition. Car drives straight and rides smoothly. The tires are all brand new and have only a few hundred miles on them.

The body shows well for the age. All body panels are straight and the pannel gaps are consistent and strait. No dents or signs of any accidents.  There is some rust starting on top of the car as shown. There is rust starting by the rear window where it attaches to the roof. See the pictures for details. The hood also has some spots as pictured. All relatively small rust starting. There is a spot on the driver door too.
Why haven't I fixed the rust? Because I didn't want to hide the actual condition of the car. A body shop could definitely fix the light rust. The car is NOT rotted out and the rear wheel wells are in great condition.
The trunk had water leaking by the tail light gasket, so the surface rust was sanded and POR15 was used to seal  the bare sanded metal to prevent any issues. There are no more signs of rust in the trunk area, and no water. I installed new tail light gaskets too so there are no water leaks.

The interior is good for the age. Wear on the front seats as shown, but overall good condition. The steering wheel could be replaced or restored. Everything works in the car too! A/C blows cold!

Here is a list of the new parts:

Why am I selling?
I love these older Hondas and have enjoyed importing a few for personal use, and now it's time to let it go for someone else to enjoy. These were a dream car for me growing up and I was able to buy one and enjoy later in life. This is a great car and actually prefer the driving experience over my 2017 Honda Civic Type R! This is a true Honda factory built race car for the road. You can chose to drive it as is, modify, or fully restore. This is a great example of the amazing Honda engineering. Whatever you choose to do, this car is an excellent opportunity to own a Honda Integra Type R!
