1964 Ford Galaxie 500 XL 390 4 speed car with fuel injection.  Clean West coast car with to the best of my knowledge 82,000 miles.  Car is currently registered and can be test driven.  From what I can tell it has the original paint with patina, the body is very straight.  There are a few small dents by the back of the car that are shown in the pictures.  Very solid car, it does look like some slight rust around the back corners of the back window by the trim, I have included pictures of those areas.

The interior is in good shape, the seat and carpet were redone but most of the other interior looks original.

I found some old receipts and registrations in the car, it looks like it was from California and in the late 70's it was relocated to Las Vegas where it has been since.  I have owned the car since 2009.  I even have the original owners manual.  When I purchased the car I was told it had the original engine, it was running but tired.  It also came with the original transmission in pieces but a different T-10 in the car.  I wanted to preserve the original engine so I pulled it out and kept it in storage and it does come with the car.

Engine:
I rebuilt a different truck 390 with 60's larger port car cylinder heads. It is relatively stock with RV cam and Edelbrock Performer intake. It has been converted to a Performance fuel injections GM Throttle Body injection system adapted to a 390.  Which includes a GM HEI distributor, GM 1 wire alternator and a later model Ford truck style starter and flywheel are used as well.  Short tube headers and aluminum radiator with electric fans.  I did paint the engine compartment and frame/under the car when the engine was out.  The engine is low miles as it has been driven to some car shows and events.

Transmission and Drivetrain:
T-10 4 speed and factory shifter.  The shifter shows it age but I do have an additional Hurst shifter and T-10 transmission that goes with the car as well.  I was planning on rebuilding the T-10 and putting in the Hurst shifter but never got around to it.  Ford 9 inch rear end with currently a 2:50 open differential.  The car originally came with 3:50 gears and with the small 14 inch rims it was too much for highway driving so I swapped it out for the 2:50's.  I have upgraded the rear rims to 15's and a taller tire so it could probably use a bit more gear now.  I do have the original 3:50 third member and it does come with the car as well.  14 inch Cragar SS whees on the front and 15's on the back.  The car also comes with two additional 14's that came off the rear and factory spare tire rim.

Suspension/Brakes:
Factory suspension with power drum brakes, I did convert it to a dual master cylinder.  The car does have manual steering.

Additional items the come with the car:
-Original engine as far as I can tell, needs rebuilding I did include a picture and the date code on the bottom of the block.  I do have other  pics of codes/dates from the engine as well.
-Original 3:50 gear third member
-Original rebuildable transmission T-10
-Additional 64 T-10 and Hurst shifter
-2 14" cragar rims and tires + factor spare rim
-Add on Ford AC system
-Radiator and other engine extra parts
-New air rear shocks

There are lots of directions you can go with the car, I have attempted to keep what stock parts I could so it could be put back to Factory or go whatever direction you like.  It not a fully restored car and does need new weatherstripping and some things repaired and painted if you prefer.

I have done my best to include as much information that I can about the car.  It is encourage you ask questions and inspections/test drives are welcome and encouraged.  I am available most days but will be out of town 6/20 to 6/23 and will not have internet.
