I purchased this beautiful 1979 Fiat 124 Spider 2000 from New England Classic Car Company, Stratford, CT in early 2020 to keep myself sane during covid lockdown.  I've included their original listing in the photos for your information.  It's a fun car to drive and inexpensive to own & maintain with no problem with parts availability.  Car is RUST FREE, with newer paint (maybe 7 out of 10) and convertible top.  I can see some tree pollen and a lot of reflection in the images, these are NOT scuff marks. Cutting edge technology for its day features 2000cc dual overhead cam engine, 5 spd manual transmission & 4-wheel power assist disc brakes.  New England Classic stated in their ad that previous owner spent $26k on restoration of this rust and bondo free car with deep Royal Blue paint, new interior, less than 1,000 miles on a rebuilt engine, brakes, suspension, new top, trunk detail work new JVC stereo & 4 speakers.
Since owning the car, I've done the following upgrades: new Gunmetal Monza Wheels (15x6.5) & Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires (205/50ZR15); Intake Manifold & Carburetor (32/36 DFEV) Conversion kit; Hi Performance Alternator (95 AMP) w/belt; Timing Belt, Water Pump w/tensioner; Auxiliary Radiator Fan & Electric Fuel Pump; new brakes, Calipers & Rotors;  Silicone Radiator Hoses; new Battery, plugs & wires & Distributor Cap, Phone Charging Port.  There is a full-size spare tire, jack & original Fiat tool kit in the trunk.
All lights, turn signals, instruments & gauges work as well as the clock.  Car just passed NY State Inspection.  The only thing I have not figured out is that after sitting for a week or so, I get a small drip from the radiator.  It's only a few drips and is Not enough to cause any problems or make me run out to replace the radiator.   This is a fun little sports car that won't break the bank.
I may list car locally as well.  Shipping is buyers' responsibility.  Reasonable offers will be considered.
