Recent maintenance under my ownership includes timing belt/tensioner/bearing replacement in February 2024, left and right fuel pumps, new door cables, coolant flushed and hoses replaces, AC belt, spark plugs, mass air flow sensors, and oil change in January 2024. This 360 is in excellent mechanical shape and is amazing to drive with valved F430 exhaust (see videos). There are no sticky buttons and all electronics work as designed. AC and heat work great. This 360 was recently inspected by local independent shop and doesn't need anything. Interior and exterior are in stunning shape. I'm hard pressed to find any mechanical or cosmetic defects. I've put about 7k miles on the car in the last year since I purchased it in July 2023.
