This is a STUNNING 1970 Dodge Charger in the HIGHLY desireable Plum Crazy Purple color. The Black Vinyl top adds contrast and also compliments the supple black and charcoal leather interior. The SE package adds the nice details this custom ordered beauty displays. The car comes with the original order, sales reciept from the original owner AND the factory build sheet! Car was purchased by a professional restorer and returned to its original glory and current state. It was sold to me upon its completion and I have won multiple awards with it including BEST MOPAR at the Good Guys car show in Raleigh NC. This qualified the car for the Nationals, but I did not have the time to take it. A copy of the award certificate will be included.
Car features the original and very strong 383 engine with 4 Barrel carb and 4 speed Hurst Pistol Grip shifter and manual transmission. Points were converted to electronic ignition and a high torque starter was added. Tic-Toc-Tach and clock work perfectly! Even the factory eight track tape deck was professionaly rebuilt and works as it should. Windshield wiper motor was also rebuilt. Car has power steering and the undercarriage is as clean as the topside. Car doesnt leak a drop of fluids and runs and drives beautifully. The throaty V8 sound turns heads EVERYWHERE you take it.
I have a photgraph from original owner with his wife in 1970 when car was purchased as well as a new phot with them standing with car after restoration. The owner signed and dated the underside of air cleaner lid! Car has NEVER beenin the rain and has always been stored in a climate controlled facility and part of a private car collection. Paint has been color sanded, ceramic coated and is STUNNING!
All elements work on this car as they should and I am certain that this car will exceed your expectations. Read my reviews on other cars I have sold from my collection. I rarely sell my cars and when I do they are gone quickly. I have a 100% rating and I intend on keeping it that way!
