This a 1975 Datsun Z-series is in beautiful condition in every aspect.
Before going forward with this ad I would like to first explain just who I am here at Skip White Performance.
I'm a fully licenced Tn. auto dealer, but this is not my primary business. Were a custom high performance Chevy engine builder and my secondary passion and hobby are high end exotic cars. I'm very selective in the type and condition of any of these cars that I own. After owning a particular car for a while I will sell it and often end up buying another very similar to the one I've just sold. Often a color change or optional equipment is the desired reason for selling the car or maybe just to try something totally different. My showroom has limited space and about four cars is the max I can have on hand at any one time. Rest assured anything I reveal about the condition of my cars will be the absolute truth. I do consider myself a somewhat expert on evaluating the condition of any car I own, as well as sharing my opinion on the finer aspects of a given model car, as well as the not so desirable aspects. I've spent good time behind the wheel driving them and would know if any problems exist.
My cars are kept spotless and I'm the only person that cleans or drives them, and I do this with great care. Never driven in the rain, and never left sitting in the blazing sun for any length of time.
I've owned this car for approx. 18 years. This car is a true Pro-Street car. The work done on the car is first class all the way. Not a cobbled up mess as I've seen many as such. The car tracks perfectly straight and drives excellent. The car has ET streets on it, making traction a non-issue. As mentioned above the engine, transmission, torque converter are all brand new, and will have a full warranty
The engine is one of our brand new 427 SBC pump gas models. Produces right at 610 hp. This engine has our cam choice 2 in it for improved drivability. I've drove the car about 10 times with this new engine in it and the acceleration, and sound are amazing. The transmission is one of our new TCI Super Street Fighters, and the stall converter is a new TCI 3000 stall unit. Everything you see on or around the engine is new with the exception of the headers. The engine will come with a full two year warranty.
The chromoly tubing has been done to first class standards, and take notice that it does tie into the front shock towers, giving the car excellent chassis rigidity and of course a very high degree of safety. This car does have tubular frame work to accept a parachute, as it originally was setup for drag use when I purchased the car. The paint and body are in excellent condition with very few flaws or blemishes. I'd give it an 8 on a one to ten scale.
This car has a Dana 60 diff, with a spool type diff. The rear end gear ratio is a 3.73 Has adjustable coilovers and a four link suspension.
