Out of State Buyers:
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.
Taxes and Fees:
In state buyers will be charged 3% state tax and $94.75 title and registration fee. All sales transactions must be completed within 14 days of auction close.
Auction Policies:
Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
