About this vehicle

*** Non-Refundable Deposit *** This 1989 Chevrolet S Truck is a great project vehicle for anyone looking to put their own personal touch on a classic truck. With updates to the exterior, interior, and drivetrain, this truck has been well taken care of by the owner who has had it for 15+ years. It has a clean title and is drivable, perfect for weekend drives. Don't miss out on the opportunity to make this truck your own. The truck will need the CV axels to be replaced and potentially the front hub bearing. The truck is drivable but I don’t recommend driving it at interstate speeds.

Vehicle Details

The truck is a 1989 Chevy S10 Pickup (Tahoe Trim package), 4x4, Single Cab, Short Wheelbase, factory color is Black. A/C and Heater works.

The original regular 4.3L V6 motor has been replaced with a 4.3L Vortec V6 from a 1993 Chevy Blazer. This was the first year of the Vortec motors and they were built to perform better than the original motors. The engine in the truck has had an upgraded ECU chip that is made by SUPERCHIPS. This motor was bought with 60,000 miles on it…today the motor probably has roughly 120,000miles.

The Transmission has been rebuilt (with a few upgrades) and has roughly 20,000 to 30,000 miles on it.
