Camper Van has 3 seats and the 4th is included but was taken out to put a large closet in. It has a sink, stove top, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom doors open to make it a room with shower and toilet. The back can be a table and bench seats (the table is currently in the closet), 2 "twin" beds or a double bed. There is a flat screen tv and air conditioner. 

I bought it from a friend right before Covid and have never taken it anywhere. Between the country shutting down, then raising my grandson for a year, then moving, selling a house, and rehabbing another house, I just don't have the time to enjoy it. 

I took it to the Auto Shop the end of last summer and had them check over the whole thing to make sure everything works. I also had them install a back up camera with Navigation. There is a tv antennae still in the box that has not been installed. Everything checked out and is working. The generator runs and is loud but my dad said there's a way to make it quieter. The auto guy did say it needs new tires and they had not made the plate to hold in the back up camera / Navigation yet. 

There is a bit of rust. I have had it covered during the winters and will include the cover. I also have all of the books that go to the Camper Van. The title is a replacement title. Please note: photos are part of the description.
