Excellent Condition with 50,549 original miles (will go up slightly if drive).  All seats in excellent condition.  Please note pic showing scratches to rear bumper (drivers side corner - was scratched when was in storage from removal of other item in storage).  I bought this car from Arizona, no rust.   I did proactive maintenance at 50,464 miles when I bought it and replaced front end steering components (lower and upper control arms, tie rod LT outer), Wishbone Links (lower, rear left & lower, rear right), had safety inspection done, wheel alignment, and oil change.  I have receipt for all work done, please see pics.  I shipped car to Iowa, but have had it in storage since I bought it.  Kept it maintained in storage, ran and drove a few miles to maintain it.  Has never seen a Midwest winter.

Car has heated seats, heated steering wheel, 6 CD changer, sunroof, back-up warning sensor. 

Car is very fun to drive, is powerful with the 4.2L V8 in a mid-sized sedan.  I have owned multiple Audi's, I feel the 4.2L is their best engine of all time.  Here is online review:  "First introduced in the early 1990s, this engine quickly gained a reputation for its exceptional power, efficiency, and durability. Over the years, Audi has continued to refine and improve the 4.2 V8, making it one of the most sought-after engines in the automotive industry." 

The Audi A6 4.2L Quattro is all wheel drive and therefore great in rain, snow or icy conditions.  I had a 2001 before, used it in snow and ice and is why I bought this car again.  I also like this era of car from a reliability and lower maintenance cost perspective, and I will take an Audi 4.2L V8 over any of their turbo engines.
