About this vehicle

This 1972 Volkswagen Super Beetle is a rare find for any car enthusiast. The vehicle has only 78089 x ? miles on it. I have had it for over 7  years and use it mainly for weekend drives at beach for surfing and fishing. The car's yellow color is original ( ugly yellow )and black interior is original.Gets thumbs up everywhere we drive. The title is clean,and in my name. 1972 VW super Bug Convertable runs( see video)transmission and clutch operate smooth. 

Since 2017  we have done the following : New brakes, lines and pads New Gas Tank Completed full tune up New Carb and gas lines All electrical inspected and replaced- bulbs, new horn New Tires ( 4) Have receipts) *** new top in box , not installed*** Top is off bug as we use at beach and have intention to restore exterior if we don't sell! Parts are easy to find. Very cool and priced to sell. These are going up significantly in value and easily worth our asking price. Shop around. Family would like a boat so time to let her go!

Seller's Notes

Car is excellent candidate for full restoration or drive like it is. Body and interior have typical, scratches, dents, rust and patina found on a 50 year old car. Sold as-is and must be picked up on weekends only as it’s located at our beach house. Cash or wire transfer preferred,certified funds/ money orders will require 15 day hold before vehicle release, NO exceptions.
