Vehicle may not leave the premises the same day of payment unless it is cash. All other forms will have a hold until FUNDS HAVE CLEARED

THE WINNING BIDDER MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE CLOSE OF AUCTION. THE TOTAL BALANCE MUST BE PAID WITHIN THE AGREED TIME THAT BUYER AND SELLER AGREED TO AT THE INITIAL CONTACT. 

SHIPPING TERMS

After many years dealing with transporters, we have compiled a list of preferred shippers that will take care of your car from our lot to your front door. You can find these preferred carriers on our website under the "Shipping" tab or just give us a call and we will point you in the right direction.

A $250 DOCUMENTATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL PURCHASES.

Ohio residents will pay all Ohio sales taxes, title and registration fees in accordance with their county of vehicle registration.

Out of state buyers do not pay Ohio sales tax, only the taxes charged by their state of vehicle registration.

The following states are "reciprocating states" and Cruisin Classics is obligated by law to collect taxes and forward to the department of taxation on behalf of the buyer.***

California 6.0%

Florida 6.0%

Indiana 7.0%

Massachusetts 6.25%

***You are not double taxed on your purchase. The chart above outlines which states require Ohio dealers to collect taxes. Your local tax is charged only once, not twice.
