"1969 Pontiac Grand Prix Model J"

This 1969 Pontiac Grand Prix Model J is a once in a lifetime deal. It is a one family-owned car. I purchased this car from the estate of the 2nd owner who acquired it July 1986 from his Dad. According to family members his Dad, after seeing the-all new 69 Grand Prix's on display at the Los Angeles auto show fell in love with it and had to have one. He had a 65 GTO at the time and saw the all-new Grand Prix as an upscale GTO. He special ordered it from a Pontiac dealer in Los Angeles in Dec 1968 and took delivery Feb. 1969.

(Vehicle Condition)
It is a nice original, unmolested, mostly rust-free California car. This Pontiac Grand Prix is a project car, and it needs restoration. The Motor needs rebuilt. It does not start but it's not seized. The Transmission is out of the car. I don't know why it was taken out, but it is included. This Grand Prix has never been in a major accident, but it does have dents, dings and surface rust (Patina) starting to show through where the paint is thinning. It has two rust spots in the rear near the back glass where the vinyl top was. The rest of the Roof, Floor Pan, Quarter Panels, Frame, Doors, Fenders and Trunk are Nice and Solid.
The window glass is Nice, no cracks or breaks. The interior is nice for its age and original. The seat, carpet, dash, headliner, door panels and sun visors need restoration to be perfect.

This 1969 Pontiac Grand Prix Model J is a well-preserved original. It would be a great investment!!! It's priced to sell, with a Low Reserve. I'm open to offers to end the auction early. Clean Clear California Pink Slip Title.
