Rebuilt title meaning….it all starts when a vehicle gets in either collision, theft, or natural disaster. Next, insurance company determines to either sell it for parts only, or as a salvage for a rebuild. Upon obtaining it from an insurance company, the vehicle has to be repaired/reconditioned in order to pass states rigorous inspection and have its title rebrand from “Salvage” to “Rebuilt”. At that time, the vehicle is certified by the state that it can be re-registered and that its road-worthy. Rebuilt title vehicles are just as safe as clean title vehicles without any issues.
