Vehicle Pickup & Shipping: All shipping charges are buyer"s responsibility. However , as a limited time offer FREE SHIPPING is offered to anywhere in the United States per above terms.

 

Fees and Taxes: * $250.00 processing fee applies to final bid amount * A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final winning bid (this is separate from your deposit). This fee is non-negotiable. This applies to all bidders, including dealers and PA residents.

 

General Terms

 

Winning bidder MUST CONTACT ME WITHIN 24 HOURS of accepted offer to make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. A $250.00 deposit is due within 24 hours. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. By backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit.

 

Please arrange financing and approvals prior to bidding. I DO NOT provide financing of any kind. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of item unless noted otherwise per auction specific.

 

If you are not sure about something, please ask before placing a bid. I make an effort to give the most transparent description on all used items. Please be mindful of the age/mileage of the vehicle being sold, there may be necessary repairs immediately upon receipt of vehicle. I reserve the right to cancel bids/offer if I do not feel comfortable with feedback history, comments, length of time account established or any validated reason. I reserve the right to end any listing if the item is no longer available for sale. If you are bidding on a USED vehicle; the definition of something being "previously used" applies here. I will do my personal best to show you every fault I find with the vehicle, but some things may very well go unseen such as the fine imperfections an item with age is expected to have. There is no warranty of any kind suggested or offered, every vehicle is sold AS-IS. A Pennsylvania Buyer's Guide will be provided at the time of sale.

 

I do NOT accept returns on any vehicles (unless stated otherwise). You must read the entire auction. Contact me via eBay messages with any and all questions prior to bidding. I suggest you come and see the vehicle prior to bidding. I accept 3rd party inspections at the buyers cost. The following fees will ONLY apply in the event that a buyer does not finalize the transaction in a timely fashion or fails to maintain communication with me.

 

A $250.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end unless agreed upon otherwise. A $25.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a week to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding. Deposit via eBay secure payments only. The remaining balance can be paid by: Cash or Wire Transfer. PayPal and credit cards are NOT accepted to pay the entire balance.
