  • Howell fuel injection. All parts are easily obtained from a 1991 Chevrolet C1500 4.3L V6. This is the California emission kit and the Jeep has emissions equipment connected including a catalytic convertor.
  • Engine start with a turn of a key in any temperature, angle, situation.
  • Factory optional 20 gallon poly fuel tank and skid plate.
  • 2024 received all new factory fuel hard lines and any soft required soft lines.
  • Fuel pump from a 1991 Chevrolet C1500 installed in-tank. There is no external frame rail pump needed.
  • Fuel gauge works.
  • Fuel system also received all new factory return hard lines and soft lines.
  • Fuel system is clean, and is heat insulated (silver) under the hood so you never have vapor issues.
  • Fuel filter is Wix 33310

  • Steering shaft is Borgeson and is the upgraded model with vibration dampening.

  • Master cylinder is from a 1984 CJ (replaced in 2024)

  • Sanden air compressor model 1985.
  • Kilby Air Tank under Jeep
  • Compressor starts with a switch on dash and keep pressure in tank.
  • ARB lockers both engage using this air.
  • Can also inflate tires quite quickly.

The only reason for selling this Jeep is because I have 2 of them...I don't need 2 of them. Its not perfect but its also not far from being one of the nicest Jeeps out there. An honest Jeep that is very much something you can jump into and drive down the road or cross-country. Hope you can give it a good home - that said it is 40 years old and sold as-is, where-is, without any warranty implied, without any warranty expressed, there is no warranty whatsoever. This Jeep really is a rare beauty and tastefully modified - the next owner will have great pride keeping her in the garage while continuing its journey and story.
