1975 Corvette - Solid car, 90-95% restored, runs and drives great with many new parts that I will attempt to list below. Clean title, located in Sylvania, OH.
Parts that have been replaced: INTERIOR - Seat Foam and Upholstery, carpet, rocker panels (interior), center console (shifter console), drivers and center bezels, dash pad, seat backs, seat belts, floor mats, heater control, radio (upgraded original look radio), T-Top Pads, Top center pad, Door panels (virtually all interior parts are new as interior was changed from blue to black). E-brake console in original, but have new one in box. Rear speakers were added as seen in photos. BODY - Front windshield, all body seals, body to frame mounts, door window regulators (both sides), Stingray emblems on fenders, rocker panels (exterior), rear tail light lenses, door handles, headlight assemblies (frames, actuators, springs), front running light grilles, front bumper cover. MECHANICAL - Engine (original engine replaced with Jegs 350 create engine 200hp), carburetor (professionally rebuilt), exhaust manifolds, all suspension bushing, rear trailing arms have been rebuilt, all u-joints, brakes and rotors, brake lines, radiator, A/C condenser, A/C compressor (upgrade to 134A), heater core, all hoses and belts, all engine components (alt, wtr pump, fuel pump, etc), Fuel tank and rubber hoses, fuel sending unit, brake calipers (fronts upgraded to Wilwood calipers), Tires. center caps and trim rings, shifter was upgraded to a Hurst shifter (though I still have the original), clutch, shocks, coil spring and leaf spring, seals in rear dif, I'm sure i am forgetting something...
Remaining work - the Door Ajar light is on even though both door are closed. Door switches have been replaced, so not sure what's wrong there. A/C system has never been charged with refrigerant. The door windows are well aligned but not perfect, I open the door to roll the windows all the way up as they seem to bind on new seals. The door glass has minor/light scratches in them, which I understand is common for the C3s, T-Tops had to be shimmed to get proper fitment (but overall alignment is really good), right turn signal does not retract on its own. The car has fresh paint but there are some defects that I tried to capture in photos (a couple minor runs, can see where the rear deck was touched up, one spot on upper right side of hood has paint "bubbling in a small 6"x6" area - I suspect the hood will need repainted (TCP global boulevard black). Wipers work but the windshield washer fluid pump doesn't - it was replaced, but hasn't worked.
This car is mechanically in great shape! The ride is tight and virtually rattle free, and is definitely an attention getter!! This car was purchased Grand Rapids Auto Gallery (MI) in 2017 for about $10K, and proceeded to put another $15K into it. I'm frankly tired working on it and don't enjoy driving it enough to keep it. It's a nice old corvette, but like any 50 year old car, it's not new and can use some some additional TLC. New engine has more hours idling than driving (~50 miles).
