This beautiful 1978 Ford Ranchero GT has a salvage title. The yard said that last owner salvaged it when it didn't pass California's smog test. I replaced the Carburetor/EGR/Catalytic Converters and it passed easily. I've had it for 12 years now. The registration was just renewed, and is paid thru May 31, 2025. Runs and drives as it should. Air conditioning not operating. Strong engine, transmission, and brakes. All glass is intact, floorboards are solid. and only has surface rust.

Outside: The paint has some flakes in the bed, on the left of the tailgate, and nicks/scratches/chips/fading, etc., with some surface rust in a spot on the hood. Dings on the driver door and passenger quarter panel. Driver front rim has some nicks/abrasions. Passenger front headlight is cracked, but working. Passenger side mirror mount was broken, but tapped and re-fastened. One tailgate strap is broken on passenger side.
Inside: No headliner. Odometer shows 62250 miles, but actual mileage is unknown. Headlights/Taillights have been rewired, with wiring underneath the carpet/floor mats. Small tear on passenger sun visor, with visor peg missing. Carpet is cut to accommodate new wiring system, and wires are connected to the toggle switches as shown in photos. Seat has been taped in seam areas, One heater knob is missing and the control backing is loose. Gages work, but gas gage will show half full at the empty level. Battery amp gage has partially slipped. Face plate from radio is missing, 8-Track player/clock not operating, but radio works good. Radio mounts are loose. Dash has cracks. Shift lever has some surface rust. Glovebox does not fully open/shut, with trim above it loose on the corner. Ample room for storage behind the seat.
