Since I bought the van in 2016 I have also replaced the following mechanical parts:

Tires

Shocks and struts

Front lower control arm bushings and ball joints

Front hub and bearing assemblies

Front and rear brakes

Brake hoses

Brake lines

Brake pressure adjuster for the rear axle

A/C Evaporator

Heater core

All cooling hoses

All belts

All engine mounts

The air conditioning system will not hold a charge. I have not been able to find a replacement AC line, so the AC is not installed. I do have all of the AC parts. Those are included with the van.

The power mirrors and overhead navigator do not work.

I have the original radiator, fan and TI air box. These parts are included with the van.

The paint appears to be original. There is rust on the right rear quarter panel behind the sliding door. I have a panel to repair this. That is the only rust on the van.

I have run 14.2 seconds in the quarter mile on slicks and 14.7 seconds on street tires.

PAYMENT AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

A $250.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of commiting to purchase this vehicle.

The balance due must be paid within 7 days of the date of commiting to purchase this vehicle.

I will accept payments in the form of cash, money order or a cashier's check drawn from a bank in my city. All payments must be made in United States currency.

I will sign and turn over the title only once 100% of the complete purchase price payment has been made and has cleared any bank as necessary.

Buyer is responsible for picking up this vehicle and any shipping fees involved. Buyer must take possession of the vehicle within 7 days of commiting to purchase the vehicle.

I will not ship, deliver or transfer this vehicle any further than the end of my driveway unless prior arrangements are made.

Storage fees of $25 per day will be assessed beyond the initial 7 days post purchase unless arrangements are made in advance.

Once the purchase price has been paid, title signed and the vehicle is in the possession of the new owner or new owner's designated agent, I will cancel my insurance and registration. The new owner is responsible for insurance and registration as required from that point.

All sales are final and not returnable.

Any buyer who fails to adhere to the above listed requirements without prior approval from me forfeits the purchase of this vehicle and it will be presented to the next interested party.
